Artist Studio Expenses

Good day to all the creative people out there and those of you who help suport the arts. My name is Arthur Morehead and I have been an artist all my life. I have always been able to maintain a livable life style with my work over the last 30 plus years and have mentored many in business and in art. I have also helped many in need of knowledge and support while encouraging them to push on in their creative skills.
My goal in life has always been to help others when I can. Many of you who know me on Social Media do know of the groups I manage and the support I give away to anyone who asks. I want to continue doing so including teaching others and opening a studio large enough to help other artists with studio space when the need it also, but we all know that is a dream that is hard to turn into a reality because the expenses are very hard to maintain .
Although I do have a small space of 10 x 20 which has never large enough for myself I still have always manage to at least sustain it until recently.
You see up until a year ago my health has been questionable because of my lowerback (it's a mess) and I knew someday I would start having issues, then one day a little more than a year ago I awoke and was not able to use my legs to climb stairs and/or ladders (I am 56 years old and dont drink or smoke)
I had a kidney stone problem prior to this but other than that I still lost the ability to do much of the work I have always done on my own.
I have gone through all my savings supporting a one income family and a studio and now find myself faced with losing the studio which I need not only for mid level mural projects but also to help others with the inspiration that they need also. Studio rents are very high here. I use to be a pretty spire kinda of individual however now some days my legs will only wobble at times.
I know I can get through this but I find myself reaching out for help to at least cover my studio costs each month. I need the funds as soon as possible. I paint commissioned work as well as decorative art, fine art. However my biggest gaol is to help others to get where they need to be also which is in a studio environment I would be forever so grateful if I could get the help needed while I continue on my quest to better my position which has totally took me by surprise
