Help For Holden

Hi everyone, I've started this page in hopes that we can all help Holden and his family (Dale, Kelly and Asher Kinsley) with their mounting medical bills. He has a congenital heart defect called Double Outlet Right Ventricle with a VSD (ventricular septal defect) and a coarctation of the aorta. Not much is needed, but every dollar helps. Here is Holden's story...
Holden went in for open heart surgery on November 21st, the 6-8 hour operation ended up taking 13 hours, mainly due to bleeding post surgery. He had an arterial switch operation and the hole between the chambers of his heart was closed. His health was declining on the 22nd so he went back into open heart surgery that day, his doctors weren’t sure if he would come out of surgery better or worse. Holden had narrowing below the valve on his right ventricle due to excess muscle, which the surgeon removed, and he had narrowing above the valve on the right ventricle, which was widened with a bovine patch (he’s part cow now!). Holden came out of his second surgery with much better vitals, but his kidneys have taken a bit of a beating due to the long surgeries and anesthesia on such a tiny body. He’s making progress everyday, but he’s still in the ICU in critical but stable condition. We anticipate that he will be hospitalized for at least two weeks. Dale, Holden's dad, is having to take more time off of work than they anticipated and they've had to spend $5000 on insurance deductibles for mom and baby.
