Heart for the Harts

Wendy CK Hart is one of a kind -- an incredible mom, wife, sister, aunt, daughter, grand-daughter, role model, and friend to almost every one she knows.  In addition to her many personal and professional talents, she is also above all generous, humble, and kind.

Since August of 2018, Wendy has been struggling with an as-yet undiagnosed condition that prevents her body from taking in food and liquid and absorbing nutrition.  As a result, she has been incredibly ill and lost almost 50# -- none of which she had to lose.  For the last several months, Wendy has struggled with brain and speech impacts as well -- all of which have proved to be almost completely debilitating.

Wendy and her family have tried to be characteristically private about her illness and the toll this has taken on her and her family.  But after almost a year and half of significant physical, emotional, and financial impacts, they frankly need help -- a lot of it.  Despite the success of the first round of this GoFundMe, and Wendy and her family applying all of their personal resources and Thomas, her husband, taking on 3 jobs to make ends meet, she and her family are still in a very tight spot.
