House Fire Fundraiser for Anna Vera

When I learned that Anna's home had caught fire, my heart split into two. Anna had just moved back to Flagstaff, Arizona after living in Austin, Texas for a year. I remember chatting just a few days before she moved and my heart swelled hearing how excited she was to be heading back to a place that's always felt like home. She'd only been "back home" for less than 2 months before her house caught fire.

Anna is one of my dearest friends. She is a brilliant writer, a hard worker, and an all-around wonderful human being. She lights up any room she walks into and has the ability to make you feel right at home just by talking to her. She has made my life so much better just by being in it, and I know many others would say the same.

During a time like this, it is so important to come together and show our support. That's why I'm creating this fundraiser. If the roles were reversed, I know she would do the same for me.
