House Fire at Christmas

Early morning 12/13/2017 on Monday with the temperture in the 30's. I was driving to work at 7:00. I happened to look off to the left to see fire coming from a house window. No one was in the yard or standing around, so I pulled into the yard praying no one was in side. I ran to the front porch and out of the corner of my eye I saw this lady wearing nothing but a night shirt come running up. I thought it was a neighbor so I yelled anyone inside. The lady "Shirley Frazier" in her 80's said no, this is my house, please help.  At this point it was to late! The fire had engulfed her house and it was a complete loss for her. She lost everything. The only things they were able to save were some medicines  and a couple of family albums. The only clothes she had was the night shirt she was  wearing, she did not even have shoes. This is a terrible time to lose everything, in a house she has lived in for 50 plus years. I have never felt as helpless as to just sit with this lady crying and watch her entire life, home and memories burn to the ground. I know its the holiday season and money is tight but I am hoping that we all can open our hearts up and help Mrs. Frazier.
