Help for Chuck after surgery

Our friend, Chuck Rife, has been battling health issues for a long time and has recently been given the opportunity to get the  surgery that he requires. Dr Brian Haycook has offered to donate his time and do Chuck's surgery at no cost.
This fundraiser is to help Chuck with costs like a hotel and food after he gets out of hospital so he won't have to recover while living in his car.
Anything that you can give will go directly to Chuck and help him cover his living costs until he can get back to self sufficiency.
