Fighting MRSA, Spine Abcess, DKA, hospitalization

Last January I took a fall at work due to some faulty equipment and have been on leave ever since as we try and figure out surgery on my left shoulder. It had progressively gotten worse.
Last Sunday the 8th of September I was stretching when my left shoulder started hurting with a sharp pain. I reached to grab my shoulder and remember waking up some time later facing straight up. It took me about 30 minutes to be able to get up. I believed I had landed wrong or pulled a muscle or two.
So I ended up having an abcess on my t7 vertebrae and a blood infection. All from what I thought was just a backstrainf from sunday night(???)
I Came into the ER once Sunday turned away being told to rest and to take tylenol, twice Tuesday told the same about rest and tylenol, they probably thought i was lying for drugs, I'm sure. So I came back Thursday and demanded they do bloodwork and sure enough there was a bloodn infection and I got put into quaramtine. Ive been in the ICU since Thursday-Sunday. Because I have MRSA, the T7 vertebrae infection spread down to my 8th, had to drain the 2 vertebrae and hope nothing else come up. Had to also remove part of the 7th vertebra to release pressure Hoping the MRSA all gets killed from my blood and anywhere else it might be.
On top of this, I had to miss this years family 10 day vacation that coincided with the wedding on my closest relative. Tickets were purchased. Hotel rooms paid for. Clothes purchased. Non-refundable nor non-transferable.
I can't even begin to phathom the out of pocket cost for this medical stay, but it's looking like I'll be in here a total of 7 days plus rehab and on going blood testing.
Any an all help possible would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to ask me any questions you might have before or after donating. This is the best I can donate the moment t as the meds are kicking in.
