Horvath Memorial Baseball_Softball Scholarship

Our uncle, James Horvath, was tragically killed in an attempted burglary of their home in 1969, at age 15. He was an avid baseball fan and played on the Highland Park High School team. When he died his classmates organized an award in his name to be given every year to the best senior on the team. Last year was the 50th anniversary and after our father, Michael, passed we added his name to the award. This was very important to our mom, Sharon.
