Horses Helping Kids with Autism Grow Stronger

Want to join me in making a difference? My name is Gwen Little. I opened Everything Horses Inc. in 2016. We have used our three horses to work with over 50 children diagnosed with Autism and various social behavior challenges. Each individualized ground and riding exercises are designed to help build a positive self image, improve focus, balance, eye and hand coordination, as well as to strengthen and tone body mass. Everything Horses also work with children in low-income and minority homes, teaching them the skills and the many career or leisure opportunities available as an equestrian. We are seeking your help for one of our horses, Diamond the Diva. She is a 16 year old American Quarter Horse. She love giving rides to children and racing around the barrels. She is a mare who is know as a hard keeping, meaning that she gains and loses weight often. After trying many diets, our vet recommend that a metabolic test be done to check for hyperthyroidism, diabetes and other causes which may lead to her weight loss. These tests can start at $250.00 and up to $500.00 and treatment can cost up to $3000.00 and more per year. Your tax deductible donation will go towards the medical cost, special feed and other care needed for Diamond the Diva.
