Nicole Inman: Hope Warrior Medical Expenses

Donation protected
First, thank you for being here. Nicole and Scott Inman have been such a blessing to family, friends, their community and people across the nation. If you feel inclined to give it would be a tremendous blessing for the family and go directly to them as they navigate medical bills, travel to and from Little Rock to St. Louis for her treatment and any other costs along the way. The funds will be received directly by Scott and family to help offset any of these costs so they can focus on each other and time with Nicole as she battles brain cancer.

If you don’t know Nicole, she is one of those people that light up a room and always asks, "How are you doing?". She asks, she listens, and she invests in people. She has always seen her cancer as a way to bring people to Jesus. She has never cried about what she has or when her time might be, but rather “How can people see Christ through me given the experience I'm going through right now.” She is an inspiration and has dedicated her time to her soccer kids, her students, friends and family.  The biggest pain she has right now is that with her declining health she is unable to be there for her soccer girls and her students.

Romans 15:13 is the verse Nicole chose at the beginning of this journey. "May the God of hope fill you with all the joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope."

Nicole and Scott share more on their journey in late 2018

Her blog  and Facebook page   were updated quite a few times the last two years but due to Nicole’s condition she hasn’t been able to update it the last few months but we've posted an update there as well with the most recent details.

More About Nicole’s Story:

In May 2018 Nicole suffered from a seizure in the middle of the night. Following a few tests and scans, the medical team found brain tumors which they diagnosed as astrocytoma. She underwent multiple rounds of chemo and radiation throughout the summer but always kept a great attitude, spirit and focused on her relationship with God.

That fall she was back teaching at Bryant HS continuing to make a difference in her students lives. She continued to teach and in the spring coached her high school soccer team to a state championship where her twins daughters Abbey and Ashton both played key roles in the win!    She continued to live life, make a difference in her community and make her visits to the doctor to monitor her progress. In May 2020, through routine MRI's, they found another spot and decided to do another biopsy. Though our prayers were answered in they didn’t find cancer, there were spots of necrosis which meant parts of her brain were dying but could potentially be reversed with treatment. Starting in June, her speech started to decline and she was losing mobility in her right arm and leg.

In August 2020 another routine MRI, they noticed another spot on her left frontal lobe. The spot was diagnosed an aggressive high grade tumor. Over the last few months, she’s lost most of her mobility, her right eye sight, and use of her right hand. As of October, her speech is very limited and she’s been limited to movement in a wheelchair. She is now going through another round of chemo and treatments in St. Louis as she continues to battle cancer.
