Hope Taylor Koslowski April 4, 2012 - May 21, 2013
Hope suffered from HLHS (hypoplastic left heart syndrome) and on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 God chose to take her home to Heaven. Hope's story has touched people in Calgary, across Canada and around the world.
My hope in creating this fund is that Hope's family (her parents Shawn and Amy and her big sister, Sadie) can take a much needed vacation; however, they can choose to use this fund however they see fit.
