Help HOPE to Help Kids

For the past 4 years, Helping Other People through Empowerment Inc. has been able to provide over 400 kids with a backpack filled with school essentials to jumpstart their school year. With the current budget cuts, unfortunately this year we will have to eliminate to backpack giveaway event unless we can raise enough funds to purchase the food and supplies.

The Back to School Backpack giveaway BBQ is a continuous initiative that provides
educational assistance to promising students to help them continue to improve academically and pursue their career goals. As you know, many families are impacted
by the current economic climate and cannot purchase school supplies for their children. Our goal is to help ensure that students return to school  with the proper tools.

By making a contribution, you will help economically disadvantaged students obtain the necessary resources to begin the school year.


Your  donation helps us to continue the important work we do. Our work is essential in our community, and donations enables us to continue to serve those in need.

With the government making so many budget cuts, let's collaborate as a community and provide for the kids, OUR KIDS!
