Hope, Strength, and Love we're Garcia Strong!

Hi, My name is Kel Fichtner and I'm fundraising for Michelle Garcia & her Family.

As some of you may know, recently Michelle received some life changing news. Michelle was diagnosed with colorectal cancer. As a result of her diagnosis, she will need to undergo chemotherapy and radiation. She will need to start treatment very soon and unfortunately, they can't begin treatment until she is strong enough to handle it. Michelle is a hardworking, dedicated & loving mom of three and has been in the hospital this past week, with her husband & kids surrounding her. Due to her recent diagnoses Michelle will not be able to work and pay bills for sometime. In an effort to help the family not have to worry about paying bills several past & present Ultimate STARZ Athletics & Cheer Sport Shark families have reached out to me and want to show their love and support by contributing to their Go Fund Me.

Michelle & her family have been a part of our family and program since we opened our doors in 2010. I can’t think of anyone who is more giving to our fundraisers over the years than Michelle.

Michelle is one of those “give you the shirt off her back” types of people. Michelle and her husband have both been through a lot this year medically and I want to help make these days, weeks & months easier for them. Michelle is a hair stylist and will not be able to work for some time, in an effort to help this Go Fund Me was created.

The road ahead will be a challenging one for the Garcia family and they will need our support as they start down this path of treatment and recovery.
