Hope for Tathy

Funds are needed to Help Thathy cover medical
expenses that will help reduce the brain tumor.
These expenses include medications, radiation,
and chemotherapy. 

Tathy is a 25 year old young woman who resides in Guatemala City, Guatemala.She recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and for 8 years now she has been part of an organization whose purpose is to bring happiness and laughter for those who most need it as a form of emotional therapy. She is ambitious and has many goals and dreams that she would like to accomplish, one of them being to attend Culinary school in Spain. 

Unfortunately, a brain tumor was discovered in her thalamus and she needs our financial and spiritual cooperation to help her through this difficult test that life is putting her through. She needs several chemotherapy treatments that cost an average of 15,000 dollars per session. At this point it is unknown how many she will need. Due to the location of the tumor; surgery and removal of the tumor is not an option.

The health care system in a country such as Guatemala doesn’t provide cancer patients with the resources necessary to have access to such treatments. Therefore, it limits the chances for people to fight a good fight. Her parents are doing everything they can to come up with the funds. However, it is still not enough as it is a substantial amount.
