Hope for Kids Geauga COVID-19 Donation

Hello everyone, my name is Mike Laudato and I have been a resident of Geauga County my whole life. I and some of my friends are here to talk to you about Hope for Kids Geauga, a non-profit organization with the mission of bringing hope and light to abused, neglected, an at-risk children in Geauga County.  Hope for Kids serviced over 600 kids last year in providing funds for them to experience things that we all did as a child and provide them with educational opportunities as well. The impact of COVID-19 closing schools has created a huge problem for these children to keep up on their education because of their reliance on the school's WiFi. Currently, over 100 homes and hundreds of kids are in need of this service. By donating to this fund, it will help these children receive WiFi to their homes and stay on track with their schoolwork and stay away from their disrupted environment. This is a great way to give back to the local community and provide a service to children that are need of it at this unprecedented time.
