hope for ivy

Ivy, my 8 week old puppy, who we had gotten following the death of our beloved dog gigi, who I have only had for a week now has parvo. For you that don’t know, this virus is extremely dangerous and dogs who get it have to undergo intensive care. The care usually lasts 3-5 days and costs around $5,000 if not more. Here is a quick summary: 
Canine parvovirus is a contagious virus mainly affecting dogs. CPV is highly contagious and is spread from dog to dog by direct or indirect contact with their feces. Vaccines can prevent this infection, but mortality can reach 91% in untreated cases. Treatment often involves veterinary hospitalization.
