Undiagnosed...
Watching a loved one go through years of suffering is extremely difficult. The desire to help and heal is the nature of every human being. As the aunt to a now 20 year old niece, I feel that desire deeply. I asked myself how I could ever possilby come up with the means to send her to treatment that gave answers and total healing to a complex situation. God is bigger than me, and anything I could ever think up, and I know with the help of community this is possible.

At the age of thirteen, Gabi began a slow spiral. By the age of fifteen, symptoms included hormone dysregulation, body and facial rashes, joint pain and swelling, circulatory problems, low immune system, extreme fatigue, memory fog, debilitating stomach pains with extremes in weight loss and gain. Managing school at the time was almost impossible for this extremely bright young girl. By sixteen, symptoms kept her from attending school and eventually she would have to complete school at home. What should have been a fun and exciting time in life was met with loss and isolation.
Specialists, Mayo Clinic, Countless Testing...
After seeking treatment from every specialist, visits to Mayo Clinic, endless testing, and bottle after bottle of medication, she is considered undiagnosed. She has been misdiagnosed with pre-diabetes, lupus, crohns, RA, IBS, fibromyalgia, and countless other conditions only to be recanted. Doctors have never seen inflammatory markers as high as hers, but can't pinpoint a source. Reactions to medications have been just as bad as symptoms. Trying to continue gainful employment and her college education has become secondary to her health. This family of eight has undertaken medical bills, and been left feeling stranded not knowing where to turn.
Treatment...
The goal is to send Gabi to a treatment facility in Witchia, KS. Through a unique approach that focuses on the whole body, as opposed to symptomatic relief, the integrity of every organ system is restored and healing follows. The facility does not accept insurance. All funds will go to pay for visits. Treatment includes an initial 2-3 weeks of daily therapies, one-on-one doctor visits with supportive therapy within visit, nutritional support for imbalances, followed by home protocol. Initial visit costs between $10,000- $15,000 depeding on length of visit. Subsequent visits will require 1-2 week stay. This is $5,000-$10,000 again dependant upon length of stay. Because they receive patients nationally and internationally, there is a 3-4 month wait list. This allows us time to gather funds now for the initial visit.
