Honoring Steve Rogers

Hi Everyone - By now many of you know or have heard the unfortunate news of Steve's passing. Steve touched so many lives during his time on earth and meant so much to so many people. To me, first and foremost a friend, but also a mentor, coach, confidant, and probably most important, a golfing partner.
Many have reached out to the Rogers family asking how you can help. Up until this point, Wendy and the kids have directed all inquires to do so by making donations to Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville in Steve's Honor. An admirable and selfless thing to do and a true testament to Steve's legacy as a husband and father.
Also many of you know Steve's story and his several battles with cancer. Due to his medical history, Steve was not able to qualify for many of the benefits a husband is able to provide to his wife and kids in situations like this of an unexpected passing (life insurance, medical insurance etc).
After speaking with Steve's friends/colleagues, past and present, we wanted to set up this page to allow people to donate directly to the Rogers family to help ease the burden of funeral arrangements and beyond so Wendy can start moving forward with her life without the additional stress events like this can create financially.
Lastly, I invite everyone to leave a comment or memory of Steve with your donation. I know the Rogers family would appreciate hearing the fun memories and all the positive impact Steve made on each of us as they go through this tough time.
