With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Modesta Sabando a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend who touched so many lives with her kindness, warmth, and strength. For the past six years, Modesta courageously battled kidney failure, undergoing dialysis twice a week. Despite the pain and challenges, she remained resilient, sweet, and full of love for those around her.

Modesta was more than just a mother to her children, grandmother to her grandchildren and a great she was a mother to all. Her gentle spirit, unwavering faith, and nurturing heart made everyone feel welcome and cared for. She lived a life of service, always putting others first, and inspiring those around her with her quiet strength and selfless love.

We are creating this GoFundMe to help cover the remaining medical bills from her treatments, as well as the funeral expenses to give her the peaceful, dignified farewell she deserves. Any contribution, no matter the size, will go directly to these costs and would mean the world to our family.
