Honoring Lydia: Support Her Children's Wish

Lydia Christina Aguilar Aranda

~April 17, 1983 - May 26, 2024~

My name is Heather Aranda and I have had the joy and privilege of being sisters-in-law with Lydia and the proud aunt of her 4 living children (Dennis, Lisa, Jason, and Rudy Jr, ages 13-20 years). Lydia suddenly and unexpectedly passed away on Sunday, May 26th, from a medical emergency. She was only 41 years old and without any significant health concerns; this was completely unanticipated and she did not have life insurance.

We are all in shock that this happened and are focused on providing the best support we can to her children, which if you knew Lydia, were her life, her heart, and her soul. Her children would like to have a traditional burial to lay their mother to rest if possible. As such, we are establishing a GFM to provide for services and management of her remains. We know times are tough for many people right now. Please know we are so grateful for any support provided, whether that is a contribution to laying her to rest, prayers, kind thoughts, etc. All funds received will go to laying Lydia to rest.

Lydia was an amazing woman, sister, daughter, friend, and most of all, mother. She made the world a better place and we miss her so much already.
