In Celebration of Harry Church

Harry Church passed away peacefully on March 2, 2018 at age 97. He lived an active and full life dedicated to his loving wife Thelma, his family, his faith ...and his sports. Harry was a tremendous athlete and avid tennis player. He was a colorful competitor on the courts of Ocean Park, Maine into his 90s. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a gift for the Ocean Park Tennis Association. Harry and Thelma got engaged on Ocean Park beach on July 8, 1942, and spent many happy times there over the rest of their lives. Harry loved leading the town's 4th of July parade and playing tennis at the Ocean Park Tennis Association courts. Thanks to Harry and Thelma's legacies, Maine is a meaningful place for the entire Church family and we will dedicate a gift in his memory to the OPTA when we visit this summer.
