Honoring David Lee Madison also known as “UNK”
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the untimely transition of our family’s beloved patriarch, David Lee Madison. After 53 years of showering us with his love and dedication,he departed from us on October 18, 2020 at 1:55pm. David is survived by his wife, Barbara Madison; children, David Jr., Marquetta, and Demi, as well as a plethora of loved ones.
Mr. Madison was a husband, father, son, brother, nephew, and held so many other titles. Being known as Uncle David, or Unk, he was everyone’s favorite! As the protector of his family, he was known for his loving, caring, funny, charismatic, and charming ways. He loved family, fun, traveling and music. You could find him playing dominoes, watching sports & movies, shooting pool, or dabbling in his newly found hobby of DIY construction projects etc
David had been on dialysis for some time and was on the waiting list to receive a kidney this year of 2020. After experiencing some complications, Mr. Madison received news of a ruptured valve and was scheduled to receive valve replacement surgery on October 6, 2020. What was supposed to be a day of hope, quickly turned into a day of despair.
Although David suffered from certain health conditions, he was still a self sufficient, fully functioning body. But, after going in for surgery, that was immediately no longer the case. While communicating with doctors to figure out a recovery process, the family of David Madison was constantly misinformed on the accuracy of his health condition post operation. From being told he is brain dead, to being told he wasn’t, his family suffered confusion as to how to properly get care for him and get him back home.
The Madison Family was robbed of their loved one and more than sure that the hospital is the cause for the drastic decline in Mr. Madison’s health. After being told many mislead information dealing with his health,They are now forced to seek truth. This timeline of unfortunate events has brought a great deal of unexpected heartache and tragedy and they would greatly appreciate your assistance in bringing justice to his departure.
This page is dedicated to David Lee Madison and all proceeds will being going towards memorial costs. The Madison Family deeply appreciates all of your love and support at this time. Thank you. Blessings.
