Honduras Mission Trip El Sembrador

For years I have wanted to go on a mission trip. I have had many opportunities to do so over those years, but didn't feel right about leaving my youngest child home and going across the world somewhere.  Now she is 13 years old and has expressed the desire to go herself. We have the opportunity to go to Honduras June 9-16, 2018 with our church.  Experiencing this mission trip together will mean so much to us. 
We will be going through WGM (world gospel missions) to El Sembrador.  El Sembrador is a Farm/School for boys. If you google it, you will find the website. This school gives underprivileged boys of the country the chance to make something of their lives by getting a good education, learning good work ethics, and meeting Christ. Honduras has a high crime rate and many boys end up in gangs without intervention. This will be a work/ministry trip. We will be doing things like working in the garden, landscaping, painting, working in the kitchen, VBS, etc.  We will be taking a crash course in Spanish between now and then since that is the official language of Honduras. 
The cost of this trip is $1725 each, which will include everything. Plus we will need to get our passports and some immunizations. 
Our fist payment of $1,150 will be due on March 9, another on April 9, and our final $1,150 on May 9, 2018.
