Hometown Heroes 18-19: Pirate Park

This year, the seniors and freshmen of Pope County High School are working together on their community civics project to bring positive change to their community. Their project for the 2018-2019 school year is to build a park in the community of Eddyville, which currently has little to no outdoor recreation for children in the area. The kids are planning to utilize local businesses to accomplish this goal to bring improvement to their community.
