Homestead Residents Relief Fund

The Katarokwi Union of Tenants is currently supporting Homestead tenants in their campaign for systemic pest removal from all Homestead buildings. Due to Homestead's refusal to address rampant infestations of bed bugs, cockroaches, and other pests, these tenants are forced to spend hundreds, even thousands of dollars to protect themselves, their families, and their belongings from these disgusting conditions.

All money from this fundraiser will go towards a) reimbursing Homestead tenants for the supplies they must purchase to defend themselves against infestation, and b) supporting their campaign against Homestead.

Working class Kingstonians are suffering in squalid, inhumane apartments, while Homestead siphons more and more rent from them. Join our fight for the rights and dignity of all tenants and workers!
