Closing Costs Help

We are pre-qualified for FHA first time buyer mortgage, but we still need help with the costs involved in home ownership.  Any assistance will be very appreciated and paid forward.  
 
We are lookin to make a house a home for our children, and of course have a shot at an investment.  

Nothing too fancy, or big.  Now is a fantastic time to buy, and I really want to be an installation in my community of Tigard Oregon and not get priced out.
