Scipio B.T. Easterling III home-going fund

Dear Family and Friends,

We are writing you today to let you know that my dad (Scipio B.T. Easterling III) lost his battle with Alzheimer's dementia on Thursday, September 22, 2022.

He was diagnosed with dementia in 2019 as well as dealing with complications from prostate cancer. Scipio fought to maintain a normal life as best as he could. However, his illness progressed over the last few years, resulting in the need for long-term care. Despite his difficulty, he remained in good spirits and enjoyed talking and laughing with friends and loved ones until he was silenced by his condition. He leaves behind two daughters Talitha Olgesby (Sam), Kadi Easterling and one son Michael Easterling. He was proceeded in death by his parents, daughter, brother, and sister. He also leaves behind a host of grandchildren.

We are deeply saddened by my father's passing and are asking for your help with funeral expenses. Unfortunately, due to his mental state, he was unable to make the necessary arrangements before his departure. Instead of flowers, we would greatly appreciate any contributions to his home-going fund.

The family would like to thank you for your love, support and prayers during this difficult time.
