HOME GOING FOR EUGENE CLIFTON JR.

Donation protected
Good evening friends and family.  As many of you know, our friend and brother Darran Clifton lost his father, Eugene Clifton Jr, yesterday to cancer.  As someone who has experienced this personally and knows so many others who have went through this, I can’t convey enough about how important support from your extended family and friends means.

With that, we (his friends) are calling on all able to make a donation in support of Mr. Clifton’s home going ceremony.  We all know how expensive funerals can be and all of the additional associated costs.  Everyone who knows Snoop and Alisha know they are as giving, loving, caring and most genuine people you will ever encounter. Let’s try and lighten the already tremendous burden they are facing by helping to offset some of they expenses.

Mr. Clifton was born 7 September 1951 in Earle, AR.  He retired from Union Pacific Railroad and was one of the first African American engineers in the midsouth area.  He was also inducted into the Arkansas Hall-of-Fame on 1 May 2017 due to his multiple accomplishments. A lover of life and a diehard Memphis Tigers fan, Mr. Clifton leaves behind five children and 20 grandchildren.  I am certain he will be missed.

His home going ceremony will be:
24 March 2018
Mount Beulah M. B. Church
HWY 149
Earle, AR 72331

Please make a donation if able.
