Trans black man with newborn facing homelessness

My young son and his trans f to m partner, Eli, had a baby, Xamara-Love on 11/18/20. Eli is estranged from his family due to their failure to respect his gender identity. My son has long suffered from a cognitive disability and as a result have struggled with maintaining housing and employment. Eli and my son were living off grid in a tent prior to becoming parents. We are all currently residing together in my one bedroom apartment. Due to COVID, I have lost my employment and our housing is now at risk. My family has struggled with housing issues and homelessness for over four generations. I am hoping to break this cycle and keep Eli and his newborn safe.
