Hoegger's Heros

Hello!  I am fundraising for Jeff and Julie Hoegger.  They have been dealing with critical medical issues for the last several years and need your help.  Jeff has been on dialysis for 2+ years now.  With all of the appointments and hospitalizations, neither he or Julie has been able to work.  Please help this loving and ever-giving couple keep their home and manage all of the medical bills they incur.  Jeff finally received a new kidney last week (), but additional appointments and a different sets of medicals needs will be necessary to keep Jeff healthy.  Your help will be what this couple needs to manage what lies ahead.
