Celebration of Jade's Life

Jade sadly passed away on the 18th of November 2014 at the age of 20 from Cystic Fibrosis, she was on the transplant list but sadly never got her call like many other of her friends with CF.  Jade was the happiest person you would ever meet, she would instantly put a smile on your face, a smile that will be forever remembered. Anybody who met jade would say how inspiring she was. She never complained once despite all she was going through. 
It is our families wish for donations to be made to The Cystic Fibrosis Trust Norfolk in memory of our beautiful couragous Jade!
