Help after home fire

Two sisters that work in my company lost everything in a house fire. One of them has a 6 year old son with autism, which makes this even more heartbreaking and difficult since all the structure and stability he needs is now gone. They have only what was on them when they went to work and will need funds to help them. No renters insurance and the holidays make this even more tragic. They need help reestablishing and recouping everything they lost. Please help!
