Stand Up For Nico

Nico Stevens is a courageous, kind, and compassionate young man with a passion for helping others in need.  Nico had a neighbor, who needed help mowing and maintaining their lawn. After spending hours mowing, Nico began mowing a hilly portion of his own lawn when he fell, and his foot slid under the mower deck resulting in severe lacerations and numerous spiral fractures in his foot.  An Acute Myeloid Leukemia survivor, Nico was relieved to learn he would not lose his foot. However, Nico will be unable to stand on his foot for eight weeks and unable to work for at least 12 weeks.  Nico moved recently from Florida to Missouri to support his fiancé whose employer relocated her to the St. Louis, MO area.  Nico is a highly-skilled machinist and was scheduled to begin work with a new manufacturing firm the following Monday with full medical benefits.  Unfortunately, Nico was between jobs and has no health insurance. Because of the injury, Nico lost his employment opportunity and will have to heal before securing a new position.  A cancer survivor, Nico always stands for those who need help; never expecting anything in return.  Now, Nico faces a mountain of surgical and post-op bills. Nico needs your help to pay for the surgical, hospital, and post-op charges.  Any donation large or small, will make a huge difference for Nico!
