ATTENTION: All family and friends I am asking for you to please take a minute to read and share.

For my best friend's Mother; Rosemary Coticone. The wife of the late Giovanni (John) Coticone.

On September 2nd, 2017 the Coticone family encountered a tragedy that has and will continue to effect their lives forever. Rosemary lost a husband and my best friend Alissa Coticone lost her father.

John was an amazing man from the inside out. He was a father of 3 children and the grandfather of 9 beautiful grandchildren. He married his wife about 40 years ago and took care of her emotionally and financially until his very last breath. John was a man of character and did his very best for his family. He was an extremely hard working man who tried every avenue to achieve financial success for his wife and children. Unfortunately, John took a huge financial hit a few years ago. He was forced to move out of his home and into the home of his daughter where he was going to start to rebuild his life from scratch for him and his wife. On September 2nd John, Rosemary and their daughter where victims of an extremely tragic car accident. John has passed away, his wife and daughter were left in critical condition. His wife Rosemary's right foot is broken, all her toes on her left foot are broken, her right shoulder is broken, her left elbow is broken, some of her ribs are broken, her lower back is broken and she has undergone surgeries on her shoulder and elbow. She was at Sunny Brook hospital for 2 weeks and was just transferred into a rehabilitation centre with no time frame as to when she will be able to walk again. It will be a very lengthy recovery and she will never be the same again. She has lost the only love of her life and her sole provider. John did not have life insurance and since they have been living with their daughter, Rosemary is literally left with NOTHING. Her heart has been taken away from her with the passing of her husband. This lady has suffered dearly emotionally and physically; her life will never be the same again. After almost 40 years of a strong marriage and her husband providing the best he could; she is now left with no husband, no financial back up or income and the love of her life is gone. Her heart is broken, the mental strain with the loss of her husband and the financial burden is killing her. I am reaching out for help because Rosemary needs to lay her husband to rest. The funeral has been put on hold until Rosemary has fully recovered. We have no set date as to her recovery so John is patiently awaiting his day of rest. He will not be laid to rest until his wife can come together physically, emotionally and financially for him. So I'm asking for anyone to donate whatever they can to help Rosemary heal. The healing process will not begin for this family until John is at peace. So let's please come together and help this amazing family get through this extremely difficult time.

Please know that every little bit will go a long way.

Thank you for all of your love and support during this difficult time. The Coticone family needs our help.
