Susan needs help

I'm 50 years old and have worked since I was 13. I am unable to work due to herniated disc in my neck and back. My neck affects my arms, so i am limited with what i can do . I also have PTSD, Depression and anxiety that makes every day a challenge. My insurance runs out July 1st. I need treatment but I have no money to get treatments that I need. I never ask anyone for anything so this is hard for me. As we all know, without money, you are completely shut down. I just need help! If you can help me I will be grateful, even 1 dollar will help.
