Jimmy's Recovery Fund

On July 9, 2014, Jim suffered a serious head injury resulting from an auto accident. He was immediately treated at the Botsford Trauma Center, where he remained until July 24 when he was transferred to the Select Specialty Hospital in Yspilanti. After successfully being weened off of the ventilator, Jim was transferred to the Rehabiltation Institute of Michigan (RIM). RIM is associated with the DMC and is considered a leading facility for rehabilitation of patients with Tramantic Brain Injuries.
