My Medical Issues

On December 3rd I underwent surgery on my spine. At present I have not gotten relief, in fact it was quite worse for a while. On my last vist to the surgeon he told me he still has some hope it may improve. I am forced to rest it more (until at least the end of January) limit bending and not lift more than 20 pounds on occasion. I do what walking I can and am still wriiting poetry and work on activism on social media. My Fukushima facts and lies page on Facebook has been seeing alot of intrest in the info I post over the past 5 years. I also have been raisng awareness of the situation in Standing Rock since very early on. This has been helping to keep  my mind functioning. My Social Security Disability hearing could still be up to a year out.  Besides the fact that I have so many questions still about the irregular test results i have.
