Million Meter Row for FYR Flagstaff (Steves Club)

Over the month of November, Forging Youth Resilience (FYR) Coach Ryan Geiger, will be rowing a million meters with the goal of raising money for FYR Flagstaff. (FYR Flagstaff is previously known as Steve's Club Flagstaff) 

 

Forging Youth Resilience is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that believes equitable access to functional fitness, nutritional education, and authentic, positive community connections can improve psychological and physical well-being, transforming the lives of at-promise and underserved youth in Flagstaff. In order to achieve this mission, we offer free functional fitness classes to youth who would benefit most from the community connection, mentorship opportunities, fitness programming, and nutritional education. Our coaches hold a variety of CrossFit and other strength and conditioning certifications, have been background checked and are enthusiastic about providing mentorship opportunities to underserved youth in Flagstaff. 

 

Coach Ryan will be rowing 33,334 meters a day, for 30 consecutive days, to raise funds to support outreach efforts, community partnerships, equipment purchases and additional resources to provide a meaningful experience for Flagstaff's underserved youth.

100% of the proceeds of this fundraiser will go directly to FYR Flagstaff.

Tax receipts will be issued by PPGV (Paypal Giving Fund) a 501(c)(3) non-profit that issues donations from Go Fund Me Non Profit Campaigns to the Non Profit Beneficiary.
