A New Hip for Michael T. Ewing!

Hello, meet our brother, Michael T. Ewing. He’s the handsome guy in the middle.  Only 37, he suffers from osteonecrosis of the hip (http://orthoinfo.aaos.org/topic.cfm?topic=a00216). This causes him severe, debilitating pain in his hip joints and leaves him struggling to walk around. On July 8, 2014 after a second opinion, he was told that his right hip is collapsed and he will need a right hip replacement; his left hip can be saved, but he needs core decompression surgery as soon as possible. Mike, aka Slice 1, a server at Rain Forest Café, was told to get off his feet and was given a medical leave from work, but this leaves him without any income for monthly bills or surgery. Michael recently received his FL real estate license and is hoping to transition into this career as soon as possible.
