Hip surgery down payment

I have been dealing with this tear in my hip for close to a year.  I have been to 3 different doctors. Had this scheduled by one for surgery back in May. Turns out it was a blessing I didn’t have the surgery because that doctor tends to over do a small surgery. I’ve now been seen by another doctor in Midland, Dr. Dickens, who will perform the surgery - BUT the surgical center said I have to pay my 20% upfront in full.  I asked if I could make payments & they said no. They are a privately owned surgical center so they make patients pay their portion of their insurance upfront in full. 

Sadly I do not have this kind of money & have exhausted all my own ways of trying to get the money needed. 

So now as hard as this is for me to do, I’m asking for my friends help - to help me get these tears fixed. It is the most unbearable pain. It literally affects everything I do, sleep, walk, sitting, etc. Please understand this is the hardest thing for me to do. I would give the shirt off my back for someone but me taking is extreamly hard. But I truly need this surgery. I don’t know how much longer I can deal with this pain without getting it fixed.
