Himbas Scabies infestation, no food, urgent help

Urgent help needed! Just when you think a situation can not get any worse, my Himba friends community has been infected by Scabies. Microbes, which lay their eggs into their skins, which causes horrible itching. This itching opens up their skin, which then causes super infections! John and his traditional Himba community has no help, no food and now this horrible suffering of one of the nastiest diseases on the planet! Kids and adults are infected. The cure is simple but they have no money and no support. A Doctor has offered to see them and since visited, but he requires payment and the community needs medication and sterilization. To achieve this they need temporary tents to isolate. Urgent donations are required to end their suffering. Medication is available in the nearby town of Opuwo, as well as tents and disinfectant. They are able to help themselves, now that the disease is properly diagnosed, but they have no income and have been abandoned by their Government, Health Services and the world. Please help me to help them. John is the leader of this traditional Himba Community and I am directing all funds to him. ALL your donation will be forwarded. My wife and myself will cover all cost of transfer the money raised.  To treat a person it cost around A$35. The community consists of 55 people ( A$1925 ) Plus 3 tents at A$ 300 ( A$900 ) and additional bandaged and disinfectants.  I am sure we can raise this amount of money to get them out of their misery.  Anything above they can use to buy food which is running out.
