Hillary's Financial Fund

I'm starting this go fund me page on behalf of my sister Hillary Kaufman Machnaigh. She was on a very exciting journey moving back to NY in the processes of closing on a home, going back to work and having her oldest son start kindergarten in September... but life often throws us curves and in my sister's case it's a devastating blow... Hillary was diagnosed 2 years ago with Chron's disease. In the US alone, over 700,000 people suffer from this life altering disease. 
On August 23rd Hillary had to have Emergency surgery due to her Chron's and  had to have total reconstructive surgery due to abscesses, the surgery was extensive and her recovery will be a long delicate stride in the months ahead. Hillary will have to have another surgery in 6-9 months again. 
In life were never prepared for medical emergencies, especially when you find yourself not working and envisioning all the medical costs that will not be covered along with finacially taking care of her family's needs as she is a mom of two boys. Insurance through the Military does not cover all medical costs especially when you're not on base and living out of state. 
This is where we do all we can for the ones we love, and I know if it was me she would be my biggest supporter so...I'm hers and it takes a Village to help in the time of need to get her through what lies ahead for her... Everyone has a story and times are tough for us all, but I know prayer, love and support from the Go Fund me will go along way to help Hillary and her boys in their soon to be home and until she can get back on her feet and in remission and healthy again.
