Hilf deinen Kolleg(inn)en Help your colleagues

Der SIG Standort in Linnich an der Rur hat Glück gehabt und ist bei der Flutkatastrophe im Westen Deutschlands sehr glimpflich davongekommen. Nicht alle unserer Mitarbeitenden hatten so viel Glück und ganz viele Menschen in der Region haben ihre Existenz, einige sogar ihr Leben verloren.  

Wir möchten als Arbeitgeber unseren betroffenen Mitarbeitenden helfen und auch allen SIGlern weltweit die Möglichkeit geben, ihre Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie andere so hart betroffene Menschen in den Katastrophengebieten zu unterstützen. Deshalb wird SIG jeden durch unsere Mitarbeitenden gespendeten Euro mit einem Euro vom Unternehmen verdoppeln. 

Dieses Geld wird zunächst betroffenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zugute kommen. Das Geld, dass danach übrig bleibt, wird an die betroffenen Gemeinden und Menschen gespendet werden.

The SIG location in Linnich on the river Rur was lucky and got off very lightly in the flood disaster in Western Germany. Not all of our employees were so lucky and a great many people in the region lost their livelihoods, some even their lives. As an employer, we want to help our affected employees and also give all SIG employees worldwide the opportunity to support their colleagues and other people in the disaster areas who have been so hard hit. Therefore, SIG will match every euro donated by our employees with one euro from the company.

This money will first benefit affected colleagues. The money that remains after that will be donated to the affected communities and people.
