Highland Pawn, Jason Cullen

The Highland Pawnshop is a family owned business. Yesterday afternoon there was a shootout that ended up resulting in a death of a family member. 

The owners are very close family friends and we consider them a part of our family. Not just the owners, but all employees here are genuine and amazing people that I am lucky to have in my life. Sadly, our family lost someone last night. He was a great man and these people took the life of someone who was striving to become a better person. Jason Cullen was a beloved father, brother and son, and he was loved by many more who had the pleasure of knowing him.

The attempting robbers came in shooting. They came in to kill and would have if not for the men working there, who pulled their guns and fired back within seconds. These brave men saved lives, customers lives and their own.

If anyone knows the family or has had the pleasure of meeting these amazing people, please keep them in your thoughts. If you know any information contact the police so these men don’t destroy any more families. 


The employees of the shop set up this page because this family does so much for everyone around them, they employ people in need, and give so much to everyone that comes across their path. They do everything they can for their customers and treat them as they would their family. We want to show them how much they are loved and appreciated and all the support they have during this extremely difficult time. 

The money raised will be going to his two sons. Harley (6) and Brock(2) who lost their father in this tragic event.
Jason Cullen, you will be missed.
