We have a movement to bring awareness to our Hia-Ced O'odham (People of the Sand) - who have long been unnoticed. This will create a platform for which our people could be recognized upon the lands we live.

The spring is sacred to us as Hia-Ced O'odham it is still a village, as well as a birthplace of some O'odham who are still living in the village to this day. It's a place where there is still Traditional Blessing and Traditional teaching happening. Every year the O'odham travel to do ceremonial rain dances during the summer time. There are a few villages that have Rain Dances after the one here in A'al Vaippia. We as Hia-Ced and Tohono O'odham are banding together to not have the wall built through our ceremonial lands and divide our land.
Your donations here on will benefit the people in knowing that we have support from communities and individuals.
We completed a prayer run in September which was truly a powerful experience of healing for ourselves and the land.
