Help Josiah Fight Cancer

Donation protected

My name is Yolanda. Josiah is my four year old grandson. I adopted Josiah and his sister in 2014 to help keep them out of the foster system. Although I work very hard long hours at my job caring for people with intellectual disabilities, I did what any Grandmother who loves their grandchildren would do. I love them so much and could not imagine them leaving our family.

Josiah was diagnosed with high risk Neuroblastoma in January 2018. Over the next few years, he will undergo a series of intensive treatments aiming to cure his disease. These treatments will include chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and stem cell transplant.

Any funds raised will be used first and foremost to help cover the costs of Josiah's treatment. Additionally, any funds left over will be used to help cover the cost of our household during this difficult time. Although I love my job caring for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, it is very hard work and long hours. This takes me away from the time I need to be devoting towards taking care of my grandson and helping him get better.

Thank you so much for your help. Josiah is a very sweet, loving kid who we want to get the best treatment available to help him beat his disease.
