Help Nick get better

Hello, this is my friend Nicolas.

A couple of weeks ago he had a significant motorbike accident and broke 11 bones between both his hands and arms.

He has thankfully been discharged from the hospital but to his surprise, as he is classed as an out patient, his private health insurance won't cover the cost of his rehabilitation which is estimated to cost him AU$10000.

Due to the seriousness of his injuries, Nick unfortunately won't be able to go back to work and his normal life for the next few months, meaning he will have no income coming in to help him pay for his rehabilitation.

Nick has tried every avenue possible to get some money to help pay for his rehab, but as he is on a visa, he doesn’t have income protection, work cover or centerlink to help him.

Nick is a Brazilian living far from home, he doesn’t have any financial aid or family support here.

I, like a lot of his friends really want to help him, so I have set up this go fund me page to try help raise some money to cover his medical expenses.
