Shmuel Hershel Weinberger, 9, OBM
Shmuel Hershel Weinberger, age 9, son of Shamai and Sara Leah Weinberger, tragically passed away on Wednesday, 5 Av, 5781.
Riding his bike in his neighborhood, Hershel (as he was called by his family and friends) was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street. He was rushed to the hospital by the Chicago Hatzolah, but sadly did not survive.
Hershel is survived by his parents and siblings.
This campaign is set up for all proceeds to go to Hershel's family to cover funeral expenses and loss of income as they grieve the untimely passing of their beautiful, energetic, sweet young son.

The campaign is set up by friends of the Weinberger family. The campaign has been approved and overseen by Rabbi Baruch Hertz, Rabbi Baruch Epstein, and Rabbi Meir Moscowitz of Chicago, IL and funds are managed by the overseeing beneficiary Rabbi Yosef Assayag of Rabbanut, a 501c3 organization. Funds will be used to cover all costs associated with funeral expenses, loss of income, and all other related expenses the family will incur in relation to this tragedy.
