Here We Come Hartford!

Salutations! My name is Jessica and have been with my partner Jim for almost 3 years now. We are seeking help for our move from Southern California to Hartford, Connecticut!

Recently, he has been offered an AMAZING job opportunity at a prestigious theater, Hartford Stage, as an Assistant Sound Shop Manager and Engineer! This would begin in the first week of October. They have offered some help with relocation costs but unfortunately we need more help with the moving companies and securing an apartment.

We are looking for $6000 as that would be enough to help cover the expenses I have roughly laid out below. If we do not hit our goal or come close to it by the end of this weekend (September 19th) we will cancel the Fund and refund everyone.

Moving Company-1,800

Apartment (first, last and deposit)- 3200

Flights- $500

Taxes and Fees- $500

We have some money set aside to help with other costs like remaining bills, and moving supplies but need specific help with the above costs.
