Henry & Mia's Road to Recovery

Sunday afternoon, August 28th, Henry and Mia were hit by the suspect of a high-speed police chase that struck their vehicle, leaving them both in hospital with significant injuries that will take them lots of time to heal and recover. The car that hit them was a stolen vehicle and was going well over 100 mph; Henry was left with a broken nose, concussion, three broken vertebrae, bruised left hip and fluid in his stomach. Mia endured a bruised spleen, three fractured vertebrae, bruised lungs, cracked ribs and broken glasses.

The injuries they have from the accident have left Mia in a back brace for at least six weeks, leaving Mia unable to pick up her 2-year-old, and both of them are now unable to work for at least six weeks.

With the recovery time they are both faced with, we want to make sure Henry and Mia know that they are covered financially so that they can continue to pay their bills and provide for Stetson without having to stress while healing and recovering.

We are forever grateful that they are still with us after such a horrifying accident! It could have been so much worse, and now the road to recovery for both Henry and Mia will be long and hard. Please keep them in your prayers for a fast recovery!!
